Breath of life

Breath of Life is a ministry for the whole church - a ministry with a clear vision. We have been in ministry for nearly ten years now and are amazed at the ways God has blessed so many people through it. The ministry began with the music and ministry gifts of Peter Stacey. He and his wife Judy were both teachers and served for several years in Christian schooling.

With an expanding ministry through music, we felt God calling us to step out, trust him and go full time in this ministry. While there were lots of challenges, it was exciting to be able to focus fully on this work. It has been an adventure of faith. We are constantly amazed at God’s kindness and faithfulness. He has opened doors for Breath of Life in many churches, schools, festivals, and other venues across Australia.

With three young children the style of ministry needs to be family friendly. Rather than long band-style tours for weeks or months, we have found weekend mini-tours to be the best approach. Every weekend is a new tour, a new outreach event, a new mission!

There are a variety of Breath of Life ministry options including church services, outreach events, worship seminars, training in evangelism and combined church evangelistic events. Every weekend Peter is somewhere in the country helping people discover the joy of knowing Jesus and encouraging people to serve him wholeheartedly.

It is a blessing to hear from so many people how God has blessed them through this ministry. The positive word-of-mouth and many references from churches that have hosted Breath of Life events has resulted in many new opportunities.
